June 7th, 2022: Martin L. Borosko, Esq. participated on the panel for the Massachusetts Staffing Associations Annual Conference in Waltham Woods, MA. The rest of the panel consisted of fellow Industry Veterans Patrick Morin, Partner from Transact Capital and Michael Napolitano, Partner at Citrin Cooperman covering the topic: “STAFFING INDUSTRY M&A MARKETPLACE: A Look Back at 2021 and Looking Forward in 2022.”
The panel gave their views on the recent activity in the Staffing Industry and how companies flourished in 2021 with owners and management taking advantage of a fertile market to grow their business. They gave a deep dive into how deal are being looked at, what companies need to do to prepare themselves to sell and how many of the deals are structured.
